Our PET bottle perforator: the BOA Perfomat 1400

You have the option to install the BOA Perfomat 1400 on every BOA plastic baler. This perforator is top quality and extremely suitable for processing plastic in high capacities. The Perfomat is integrated in the hopper of the press. This machine is fully automatic and controlled by a control box in the plastic baler. The construction of the PET bottle perforator contains a threading system, from which the Perfomat can drive in and out in case of changes in the material. Furthermore, the surface treatment is impeccable. All parts are degreased, cleaned and provided with an alkyd resin machine paint with a dry film thickness of 80 mµ in the colour RAL 7024 (Graphite grey).

Two individual driven rotors

The Perfomat consists of two rotors on which puncture points are mounted. These puncture points, secured by Loctite, ensure the perforation of PET making it easier to press. In the event of a large supply of material, both rotors can deflect to avoid blockage in the filling funnel of the PET perforator. Each rotor has an individual drive positioned outside the frame. In addition to this drive, there is a third drive for the application of the Perfomat. All drives are safe, easily accessible and easy to maintain. With the highest quality equipment on the market: SEW (drives) and INA (bearings).
