Which baler machine suits your situation?
Different types of baler machines are needed for different types of markets. This is because each type of waste flow has certain characteristics, which requires a specific automatic baler machine with its own unique properties. We have an extensive range of baler machines with different capabilities that can press any type of material. Ensuring the most efficient (waste) pressing process on the market.
When pressing household waste, you need a hydraulic baler machine that is strong, durable and resistant to wet and dirty materials. One that can press different qualities of old cardboard and paper into large compact bales or can easily process plastics with a closed valve construction. Our BOA baler machines have different abilities to press any type of material into a compact and well-formed square bale.
How to choose the right baler machine?
Choosing the best baler machine depends on your business process and the materials that need to be pressed. In some cases, a cutting press is the best solution. In other cases, a hydraulic baler machine with a single pre-press valve is ideal for pressing difficult materials such as PET and plastics. Quite often an automatic baler machine with high press force combined with certain capacity requirements and double press valves is needed to carry out the work. Of course, we are more than happy to advise you on which bale machine will work for your situation.
Every BOA baler machine is unique
All our baler machines have unique qualities. Below is a list explaining the differences:
The powerhouse of BOA. This hydraulic baler machine has pre-press flaps in the filling opening which close simultaneously to completely close the bale chamber. As a result, it produces homogeneous bales of optimal weight with no cutting required. This means that materials that are more difficult to press can be processed in this way. As an added bonus, all the specifications of the D100/D130 series also apply to the D225 series.
These baler machines are constructed with pre-press flaps, an automatic binding system and a hydraulic counter press channel for fully automatic production of bales containing paper, cardboard, plastic and much more. The rear flap is equipped with a fallback mechanism and an anti-blockage switch. This means no blockage can occur and the machine presses itself ‘free’. Materials that are usually difficult to press can also be processed in this way. The press ram is cleverly equipped with a cutting blade to treat very expansive materials.
These hydraulic presses are extremely reliable due to their cutter bar with exchangeable cutting blades in the top of the press chamber. The machines are ideal for pressing various types of plastics, foils, bottles, paper, cardboard, mixed materials and other recyclable materials. In addition, the different control options provide optimal press results. Creating heavy, well-shaped and stackable bales.
The cutting blades are located under the robust V-shaped cutter bar in the press chamber and on top of the press ram. There is an increased distance between the cutting system and the final end position of the ram stroke. As a result, less material needs to be cut and more force and speed can be applied to compress the material. Ensuring the best cutting performance and reducing wear, operating costs and energy consumption.
The BOA Baseline is a reliable and easy to use baler machine which produces evenly shaped bales at low operating costs. Not in the least pretentious, this baler machine does exactly what it is made to do: straightforward baling!
Over the past thirty years, hundreds of Continette baler machines have been sold all over the world. And almost all are still in operation today. Like all BOA baler machines, the Continette is a real hard worker. Reliable, strong, robust and easy to use. The Continette II builds on the strong features of the original Continette: reliability, durability, strength, compact construction and low costs. Small improvements have been made to make this baler machine even more superior. BOA engineers have made the Continette II a compact version of the revolutionary high-quality baler, the Impress®. The result: a low cost and low maintenance baler machine with long-term operational reliability of almost 100%.
Tip: D and M series can be used with the flaps open. This achieves a faster cycle time and enables you to press materials in the same way as a cutting press.
