Paper and cardboard constitute an important part of recyclable waste, both from collection and production. Depending on the origin and further processing of this material, we provide the right solution to process it efficiently.

Paper and cardboard waste from collection

Collection of paper and cardboard often produces mixed material. Our robust M- or D-Series balers are designed to press even difficult-to-process material directly into tight bales, which is a big advantage in storage and logistics. For best results, the material can be shredded first. This reduces the volume, making it more compact and easier to bale. If only paper is involved, a more compact model such as the Continette is often sufficient. For a larger bale size, we offer the Baseline or S-Series.

Paper and cardboard waste from production

Production waste requires a specific approach, especially when it comes to clean paper and cardboard waste from the production process. In many cases a lighter press, such as our Continette or S-Series, is already sufficient. Whether the material is reused internally or disposed of externally, we are happy to help think of the most efficient solution.

We also know what to do with rejected paper rolls. Our reel cutters and shredders make them suitable for further processing.

In addition, residual material is often created during production that is excellent for reuse. Baling this into bales makes storage and transportation more efficient and reduces overall costs. The goal is always the same: heavy, stable bales that are easy to stack.

We cut large paper rolls into manageable pieces with a reel cutter. Then a horizontal baler creates sturdy, lacy bales, ready for internal use or transport to external processors.
