Rubber belts | RB
This type of conveyor belt is suitable for transporting bulk material and is used as a sorting belt, metering belt or bunker belt. The belt consists of an endless conveyor belt, which runs on support rollers or sliding plates. The belts are available as flat or profiled belts and with vulcanized flights. The extremely stable steel construction guarantees a long service life. When used as a "bunker belt" under sorting cabins, robust bunker doors with hydraulic drive are used.

The BOA chain conveyor is used to transport heavy, bulky bulk material. The conveyor consists of a stable steel frame, two conveyor chains bolted together with cross beams and a 6 mm thick rubber mat. The modular design allows the belts to be extended or shortened at any time. The conveyor is equipped with bolted steel carriers. The KTH conveyor belt can be installed in or above the floor. Above the floor, the sides of the belt chassis are covered with removable plates to allow easy access to the conveyor chain for maintenance. The conveyor can be guided with positive and negative angles and features gooseneck transitions.

In addition, these conveyors are used in various factories to transport complete bales, paper rolls, and bulk materials to pulpers and presses. The plate conveyor consists of robust slats that are supported along their entire length. This makes the structure capable of withstanding extreme loads and ideally suited for these types of applications. The plate conveyor is easy to maintain and features a modular design.
