Baling of Various Materials

Fewer Clogs with the REFU Ram

When handling household waste and other difficult-to-process materials, traditional baling systems can experience blockages, particularly at the needle openings in the ram. BOA offers the patented REFU ram to address this issue.

The REFU ram consists of an inner ram with a separate cylinder. During baling, this inner ram seals the openings in the baling head. Only when the needles descend to wrap the twine around the bale do the openings temporarily open. This keeps the baling process more stable and minimizes downtime.
