The vertical pre-compression valve in the hopper closes before the baling ram completes its baling stroke. This optimally pre-compresses the material and creates heavy, uniform bales without the need for cutting. The valve construction is designed to effectively absorb vertical forces, ensuring robust and durable operation. In addition, an anti-blocking cycle minimizes the risk of blockages, allowing even difficult-to-bale materials to be processed without problems.
This contributes to reliable operation and consistent material throughput. Thanks to this configuration, the press is suitable for processing paper, cardboard, mixed recycling streams and various plastics.
Multiple adjustment options within the control ensure optimum baling results with heavy, well-shaped and stably stackable bales.
