The vertical pre-compression valves in the filling opening close simultaneously, forming a closed baling channel before the press ram completes its stroke. This produces optimally heavy and even bales without the need for cutting. The valves are designed to effectively absorb the occurring forces, ensuring reliable and durable operation.
The front flap has a smaller design and serrations allowing material to be cut between the flaps. The rear flap features a deflection mechanism and an anti-blocking circuit, minimizing intervention. This allows the press to efficiently process even difficult-to-handle materials.
The press ram is equipped with a toothing that improves compression of expansive materials. Combined with the extensive control options, this results in heavy, well-shaped and stably stackable bales.
