STC Coevorden joins TTS Technologies for joint growth
STC Coevorden has joined the TTS Technologies group a powerful step towards joint growth and technological innovation. The cooperation will enable STC to further expand its expertise in heavy demolition and excavation machinery and tap new markets, supported by TTS's international network and technical strength.
TTS Technologies is a fast-growing holding company based in Goor and operating since 2021. The group unites strong technical players such as Bauhuis Solutions, Twente Technical Services and BOA Recycling Systems. Together they provide total solutions worldwide in the field of mechanical, drive and control technology.
This integration will give STC access to more development capacity, broader market channels and a solid foundation for sustainable growth. 25 of the 34 employees will remain on board and help build this new future.
The trigger for this move is February 2025, when STC Coevorden was declared bankrupt. External pressures - including rising steel prices and the effects of the pandemic - put the company in dire straits. With the support of TTS, a successful restart was realized, preserving knowledge, craftsmanship and regional employment.
