With our D-Series, you can efficiently process a wide variety of material streams that are difficult to compact. This horizontal baler is equipped with two pre-compression valves, an automatic tying system, and a hydraulic counterpressure channel.

Thanks to the dual pre-compression system, you can produce heavy, well-formed, and stackable bales. Even bulky and long materials can be effectively compressed.

Compacting Material with Two Pre-Compression Valves

Our Impress D-Series horizontal balers are equipped with two pre-compression valves in the feed chute. These valves close off the baling chamber before the baling cylinder begins its cycle.

This compresses the material while it is still in the hopper. As a result, cutting the material is largely unnecessary, and even bulky materials can be processed efficiently.
